At Legacy, we believe in community. On Sundays, we get together as a church body to Worship and study the Word ... but the Christian life isn't just about Sundays. It is about developing a daily, personal relationship with Jesus and finding a group of believers to do life with. Legacy is a "come as you are" church, but as you invest in community, you will GROW!
Church offices will be closed Monday, November 25th – Friday, November 29th for Thanksgiving week.
Our 55+ ministry would like to invite everyone to the church on Saturday, November 30th for a lunch and movie fundraiser to help support our next Casas build in Mexico. Lunch will begin at 11am and the movie (Saving Christmas) will begin at 12pm. This is a great way to kick back and relax after Thanksgiving, support our next Casas Por Cristo Mexico mission trip, and help bless a family in need with a new home.
Men, we will be having a workday on Saturday, December 7th starting at 9am and we would love your help knocking out some maintenance items around the church. Please be sure to bring your gloves. Lunch will be provided.
Ladies, please join us for our Women's Ministry Christmas Celebration! The potluck will be downstairs on Saturday, December 7th at 2pm. We will be enjoying finger foods, fellowship, and lots of fun! For more information about this event, please visit us here.
On Sunday, December 8th, We will be meeting after each service to pray together as a group before walking through the neighborhood and visiting the community. Please be sure to join us and wear comfortable walking shoes.
We are excited to be going to the Denver Processing Center again this year to help with Operation christmas child shoeboxes. We have our volunteer night reserved for Friday, December 13th from 6pm – 10pm. for more information or to volunteer please visit us here.
we are excited to give out FREE trees to our church and community. If you need a tree, feel free to swing by and take one beginning at 5pm on Tuesday, December 17th and throughout the week until all the trees are gone.
If you are a family with children 0-4 yrs of age, you won’t want to miss this Christmas Party. Join us on Saturday, December 21st from 5-7pm in the Fellowship Hall for food, games and lots of fun. This is a great way to connect with other parents and give your kids a fun and safe environment to play. Please be sure to bring a side or dessert to share if you are able and get ready to party!
Please join us for Christmas Eve services on Tuesday, December 24th at 4pm or 6pm. These will be “family worship services” meaning that kids will sit with their parents and worship together. Having 2 identical services that day will give plenty of time flexibility and seating room for families to sit together. The nursery (3yrs and under) will be available for the littles.
Legacy is sending a team of volunteers to build a home for a family in Juárez, Mexico through Casas por Cristo. It is our hope and prayer that the cost of the house materials be offset by folks at church who support the mission but can’t go in person.
